WinesRate lists what 362 American wine shops charge for 41,022 wines, with the date we checked each price. No ratings, no scores.
A price comparison for wine sold in the United States. We read prices from retailers' own websites, store them with the date we read them, and show them side by side. If you want a bottle, we tell you what shops are charging and send you to them.
We do not sell alcohol, hold stock, or take a cut of anything you buy.
Critic ratings are licensed material, and a site built on numbers it has licensed can lose them. Everything on these pages is something we measured ourselves: what a bottle costs, how many shops have it, and when we last looked. Where you would expect to see 96/100, you will see a price and a date.
A price without a date is a guess dressed as a fact. We check shops continuously, but not every shop every hour, so each figure carries the day it came from - and where we have not seen a wine recently, we say that instead of showing a number as though it were current.
Write to hello@winesrate.com. For a wrong price, a shop that wants removing, or a publisher who would rather not be listed in our news section, that address reaches a person.
Retailers: how your shop appears on WinesRate. Our crawler: what WinesRateBot does and how to block it.
Each of these is a count of our own data, on the day you are reading it.
